Banana Cake Cupcake without butter or oil by MeiJun
150g all purpose flour
150g caster sugar
200g Banana (can use more)
I teaspoon if vanilla essence
2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix eggs and sugar till white and fluffy
Mixed flour with baking soda
Mashed banana, mixed with milk and vanilla essence.
Mix all ingredient together, pour into greased cupcake cases and baked at preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 to 30min till golden brown.
I used electrical hand mixer for all the mixing.
Must pour batter into greased or oiled cupcake cases or pan to prevent sticking
