- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 2/3 cups cake flour
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
- 3 tbsp melted butter
