Egg Tart by Aggie Lee


Ingredients
Tart:
125g Butter
40g Icing sugar
1egg
200g plain flour

Egg Custard:
280g Fresh milk
140g Sugar
3 Eggs

Method
Tart:
1) Beat butter & icing sugar.
2)Add 1egg & flour & mix into dough.Rest 10min.Press dough into tart moulds.
3)Poke holes using fork. Half bake 5min @ 180C.

Custard:
1) Heat sugar & milk, once sugar dissolves, off heat.
2) Whisk 3egg & pour into milk mixture.Mix well
3) Sift egg custard and pour into tart moulds.
4) Bake 180C till egg custard set.
