Ingredients:
1 egg for every 2 slices of bread
some butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon caster sugar
Method:
Mix 1 egg with the milk, caster sugar and:vanilla essence.
Coat the slices of bread with the mixture on both sides.
Melt the butter on the frying pan on low heat.
Fry two slices of the egg covered bread side by side. Turn over when one
side is browned and fry the other side.
Serve with bacon and cherry tomatoes.
