Sardine Puff BY Humairiah Ahmad

Sardine Puff



Recipe for the filling :
5 tablespoons of chilli paste
1 tin of ayam brand sardines(tomatoe sauce)
1 red chilli(sliced thinly)
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 big onion (chopped)
A little oil to saute all ingredients.
A dash of salt.

Method:
The puff is instant prata frm NTUC.
Cut the prata into half.
Put in the filling and fold into triangle. Use fork to press 2 sides so that it wont open up when bake at 150deg celcius for 15 mins.
