Muah Chee by Sharron Wee




Ingredients

200g glutinous rice flour
300ml water
1 tbsp fried shallots oil 
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
Ingredients B
1 packet of crushed peanuts avail in NTUC
Fried sesame seeds
Sugar

Method
  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, water, fried shallots oil , sugar, pinch of salt together and stir well.
  2. Pour into non stick pan and put over low heat.
  3. After abt 5 mins, the mixture will thicken,  fold the sides towards center and slowly roll into a dough.
  4. Flip the dough every now & then for another 10 minutes. Allow it to cool a bit.
  5. Mix ingredients B in a plate, cut & roll dough into peanut mix and ENJOY!
