Almond Cake by Amanda Tay

Almond Cake

150g Butter (I used salted butter)
140g Caster sugar 
2 Eggs
140g Self raising Flour
50g Ground Almond
50g Milk
Almond Flakes

1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat till combined. 
2. Pour the batter into 8 X 3 X 3 inches baking mould. 
3. Top with done almond flakes. 
4. Bake at 170C for about 50 minutes or till cooked.
