European Style Crusty Bread Rolls

I made a few modifications to the recipe.
1. Made half the portion
2. Added 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp Italian seasoning
3. Refrigerated dough overnight after two 1hour rises and punch downs instead of three as suggested by recipe.
