Potato Salad by Kymn Lee

Potato Salad


Ingredients:
1kg Potato ( peeled )
300g carrot (peeled)
1 white onion (peeled)
2 boiled eggs ( shelled)
Seasonings:
Mayo
Pepper
Salt
Sugar ( I omitted )
Method :
~ Boil potato and carrot till they are softened.
~ Remove and mash into paste
~ Mash boiled egg with carrot and potato paste
~ Chop onion into small pieces
~ Mix all ingredients with seasonings accordingly to your desired taste
~ Shape the potato salad to your preferred shapes
