Baked Salmon with Miso by Gwen Chow


Ingredients:

500g Salmon fillet
1/4 cup Miso paste
3 TBsp Mirin
2 TBsp Sake
1 TBsp sugar
1 TBsp soy sauce

Method:

1.  Cut salmon fillet into thick slices.
2.  Marinate salmon with the above seasoning for 1 hr or more.
3.  Pat salmon dry and place on a lined tray.
4.  Bake at 220 degrees, 10 - 12 mins until cooked through.
