Madeleines by Charlynn Gwee

3 eggs
65g castor sugar
1 tsp honey
Vanilla beans from 1 vanilla pod
80g plain flour
40g ground almon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
75g unsalted butter

1. Melt butter in microwave
2. Beat eggs, sugar, honey and vanilla bean till white & foamy
3. Sift in plain flour, ground almond, baking powder & salt
4. Gradually add in melted butter

NOTE: Refrigerate batter in the fridge for at least 2 hours

5. Bake at 175 degree for 10-15 mins (depending on oven)
