Soft Chocolate Cupcakes by Lorna Linn

Soft Chocolate Cupcakes



(Makes 24)
Ingredients:

250g plain flour
350g sugar
375ml plain youghurt
75g cocoa powder
100g softened unsalted butter
3eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 tsp bicarb soda

Method:

1) Mix all ingredient on medium high for 2 mins
2) Pour 1/4 cup into muffin liner
3) Bake for 30mins at 180 degree
