Pandan Raisin Loaf by Rebecca Lin


Ingredients
- ¾ cup water & 1 tsp pandan paste (Mix these 2 parts together)

- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- ½ cup raisins

Method
1. Place A into bread maker pan, according to instructions given by BM.
2. Select setting- Basic Bread.
3. Select loaf size and crust colour.
4. Bake according to BM.
5. Before final kneading, you will hear beeping sound. Open BM and add in raisins.
*My BM has a fruit and nut dispenser, so I skip Step 5.
