Homemade Nougat by Gwen Chow


280g Marshmallows 
60g butter
140g milk powder
200g nuts (I used Almonds and pistachio)

  1. Melt butter in a non stick pan.
  2. Add marshmallows and fry till melted. Add in milk powder and fry till fully combined.
  3. Add in the nuts. Mix well and transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and even out surface. (I used a rolling pin)
  5. Cool totally then cut.
