Breadcrumb Mozzarella Meatballs by Angelin Goh
350~400g of pork/beef minced
Cup of breadcrumbs
1 yellow onion（diced）
1/2 tsp salt
Dashes of pepper
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Enough additional breadcrumbs to coat（pre dried panfried to golden ）
Cubes of mozzarella cheese
Combine all ingredients except the coating crumbs n cheese cubes..
Chill for several hours and it will be easier to shape them into balls
Wrap a cube of mozzarella, into the meat balls and coat with prefry breadcrumbs.
Angelin uses the airfryer to fry for 15~20 min, serve hot (u may open one to check whether its cooked, as sizes varies )
