Fish fillet (sutchi fillet was used)
Plain flour - enough for coating the fillet
1 Egg White
No need to marinate the fillet. Just wash and pat dry.
1) mix plain flour with salt n pepper. Set aside
2) whisk egg white set aside.3) mix panko with pepper, italian herbs, garlic powder, salt n paprika. Set aside.
Coat fillet with flour mixture then egg white followed by panko mixture. (make sure the whole fillet is coated with the panko mixture.)
Put the fillets in a baking tray and bake them at 230deg c till they turn golden brown. About 12-15mins.
