Ingredients:
200g Vada flour
100g Self raising flour
250ml water
1 TBsp dried shrimps
3 to 4 green chillies
3 large onions
200g or more fresh prawns
Method:
- Mix the 2 types of flour with water.
- Leave it to stand for 15 to 20 mins.
- Soak the dried shrimps and chop into small pieces.
- Cut or dice the green chillies and large onions.
- Shell and devein the prawns. Cut into small pieces.
- Add all the above to the batter.
- Heat oil and deep fry spoonfuls of dough till golden brown. (I used my medium ice cream scoop)
