Cold dish - Jellyfish with carrots & cucumbers (凉拌海蜇)

 
 
Serving size for 1 pax

 Ingredients:-

 1) 1 packets of instant jellyfish(140g)
2) 1/4 of carrots ( shredded)
3) 1/4 of Japanese cucumber (shredded)
4) 1 chili padi ( optional)
5) roasted white sesame seed

Sauce:-
1 teaspoon of sugars
1 teaspoon of soya sauce
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of Chilli sauce ( I used Maggi brand)
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
(Mix all together and set it aside)

Steps:-

 -I used hot water to soak the jellyfish & carrot for 5mins.
- Pour the water away & squeeze out the excess water from jellyfish & carrots.
- Mix and toss everything in a bowl.
- It is ready to serve!
