280g Marshmallows
60g butter
140g milk powder
200g nuts (I used Almonds and pistachio)
Method:
- Melt butter in a non stick pan.
- Add marshmallows and fry till melted. Add in milk powder and fry till fully combined.
- Add in the nuts. Mix well and transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place another piece of parchment paper on top and even out surface. (I used a rolling pin)
- Cool totally then cut.
