Almond Cookies By Meng Choo Tan


Ingredients:
400g plain flour **
400g grounded fine almond**
160g icing sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
275g  corn oil **

Egg wash:
1 yolk plus 1tbsp milk

Toppings:
Almond Silvers/Flakes

Method
1. Mix all the ingredient till combined 
2. Cut or roll into shapes
3. Arrange on baking tray, brush on egg wash & decorate with any almond topping in the centre of cookie
4. Bake in the preheated oven 160c for 12-15mins until golden in color
