Ingredients:
10g agar agar powder
800ml water
200ml coconut milk
1 cup gula melaka
2 TBsp sugar
Pandan leaves
Method:
1. Dissolve agar agar powder in water and bring to boil together with pandan leaves.
2. Add coconut milk, gula melaka and sugar. Stir well until all combined and bring to boil.
3. Sieve/ remove any bubbles and pour into mould to set.
4. Chill 5 hours before cutting.
