Chive and Garlic Waffle by Rontree

Chive and Garlic Waffle
You will need a waffle maker, I used the stove waffle pan from
100g Multi purpose flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic powder 
1 Tsp  Concentrated chicken stock liquid (Maggi brand)
1 whole Egg (beaten)
150ml Cold Milk 
1 Tbsp Melted salted butter
4 Tbsp Chopped chives

Combine all the wet ingredients in to dry ingredients.
Hand whisk to smooth batter. And it is ready to waffle!
You can serve it with poached egg or scrambled egg. 
Note: add a little more flour if batter too wet. Or add a little
more milk if batter too dry. 
Thicker batter will resulting dense and crispier waffle.
Watery batter will resulting fluffy and lighter waffle.
