Chive and Garlic Waffle |
| You
will need a waffle maker, I used the stove waffle pan from |
Happycall.
Ingredients
| 100g |
Multi purpose flour |
| 1 Tsp |
Baking powder |
| 1/2 Tsp |
Salt |
| 1 Tsp |
Garlic powder |
| 1 Tsp |
Concentrated chicken
stock liquid (Maggi brand) |
| 1 whole |
Egg (beaten) |
| 150ml |
Cold Milk |
| 1 Tbsp |
Melted salted butter |
| 4 Tbsp |
Chopped chives |
| Method |
| Combine
all the wet ingredients in to dry ingredients. |
| Hand
whisk to smooth batter. And it is ready to waffle! |
| You
can serve it with poached egg or scrambled egg. |
| Note: add a little more flour if
batter too wet. Or add a little |
| more
milk if batter too dry. |
| Thicker
batter will resulting dense and crispier waffle. |
| Watery
batter will resulting fluffy and lighter waffle. |
